I feel like I've hit rock bottom. I have lost all hope,motivation and willpower to do absolutely anything. Listening to this today made me get up and go for a walk. Usually i do not even have the motivation to do that. I know this is small but i feel like the affirmations did have some affect on me. Thankyou. This is simply brilliant. I love it. Just a quick and minor addendum. Because the person narrating this speaks in a whisper or a hush and because the music is quite distinct, I sometimes have trouble hearing all of the words. I would suggest turning down the background music very slightly or turning up the narration very slightly, so the words are more understandable. I would think that people who are hard of hearing would struggle to hear the words. I love the gong / bell-like sound between affirmations and find that it really locks in each affirmation for me.
